    i'm reading joyce carol oates' 'blonde' right now - about marilyn. i had no idea about her childhood!! i totally look at her differently now knowing more... she had a rough go of it...

    oh yeah? i don't know much about her at all except for the things that EVERYONE knows. sad to hear it was rough.
